What you’ll need to pay before moving in
Reservation Payment
Once you’ve found the property you want to reserve, you’ll be required to pay a Reservation Payment. This will be equivalent to one weeks’ rent.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will depend on which property you reserve, but will be from as little as £49 per person. The deposit is lodged with the Deposit Protection Service and should be refunded at the end of your tenancy
Summer Retainer
If you’ve chosen a property with a summer retainer – equivalent to half price rent for July & August – this will need to be paid before you move in. We’ll agree dates for all payments to be made, spread over the course of the year.
